For patients with in-network insurance benefits or those who opt to utilize self pay, we ship their AutoCPAP package directly to their home to help get them on the path to better sleep.

We pride ourselves on having affordable and accessible self pay rates. These rates are all-inclusive with no hidden fees or bills later. All patients, regardless of insurance, will also be quoted our self pay rate so they can make the best financial decision for their healthcare.

For patients with out-of-network insurance plans (particularly Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare), we help coordinate the best options for third party setup - including forwarding the referral and all patient documents on your behalf.

Patients who receive their AutoCPAP through us will have complimentary and unlimited access to their licensed Sleep Coaches for the first ninety (90) days. Support includes email, text, phone, telemedicine appointments, and in-person appointments. After ninety (90) days, a minimal self pay fee is paid per appointment.

Our team has access to patient compliance and usage data with their AutoCPAPs. Patients and providers who wish to have updated compliance data may request this on-demand.

Replacement supplies can be ordered on-demand online, via phone, or patietns may opt into an automated resupply program at any time. Insurance and self pay options are available for all orders.
